Acupuncture

There are more than just the needles when it comes to acupuncture treatments. Depending on your need, different modalities may be included in your treatment and they are not limited to the following: Acupuncture, Acupressure, Auricular Acupuncture/Seed, Cupping, and Gua Sha.

  • Acupuncture – using filiform needles to stimulate acupuncture points that unblocks the energy of the body to restore balance and your health.
  • Acupressure – using firm pressure from the hand, elbow, or even devices to stimulate the acupuncture points on the body to promote circulation and healing.
  • Auricular Acupuncture/Seed – using needles or seeds on stickers to stimulate the acupuncture points on the ear to regulate internal balance of your body.
  • Cupping – using a vacuum suction of a cup to “massage” the soft tissues, and it is usually done with herbal ointments to stop pain.
  • Gua Sha – using a tool to push against the skin and soft tissues with using herbal ointments in order to increase circulation and release tension.
